Partners from St. David's, Austin, visiting this week

Our 11 "brothers and sisters" from St. David’s Austin, Texas, USA, arrived at Soche parish in the Limber Archdeaconry last Saturday.

They came bearing gifts: medical supplies and books, funds for buying equipment for our water wells, for Youth Department projects and for our Lisule Orphan Care Project.

When they arrived at the cathedral from the airport they were welcomed by the bishop.  Greetings were exchanged and prayers of thanksgiving said.

This photo shows Ven. Charles, Bp. James and Fr. David from Texas. It was a memorable Sunday when Fr. David took part in the service.  He preached and one of his team members was baptised on this day.

It was Fr. David's turn to preach in Malawi because it was a good experience when I was given the pulpit in his church at St. David's in the U.S.

They have come representing Warm Hearts International and will be in the diocese for 10 days.
