A large "Golgatha Cross" constructed for Lent

 

The Ven. Charles Masina reports that he is pleased with the Youth Project (shown in the photos below) at Christ the King Church in Soche Parish that is constructing a large "Golgatha Cross" this Lenten season.

We hope to use the cross on Good Friday, 2007, said Archdeacon Masina, "when we shall be conducting the Way of the Cross and processing from St. Matthew's Church to Christ the King Church in Soche Parish."

He added, "youth show their talents and can do good work when given the chance."
