Partners bring books from Colorado to Mlambe

On 14th November I was excited to hand over 1000 of library books to fill the shelves of the beautiful new library at Mlambe II Primary School.

In the words of the headmaster, Mr. Leonard Navilembo, “We now have an ultra-modern new library.”

It happens to be the only primary school library in the whole of the Blantyre Rural Education District.

Attending the festivities, complete with choirs and dancing, were the Chief (Traditional Authority), the Village Headman, two Primary Education Advisors, the Diocesan Bishop, teachers and students.

It was a joyous occasion celebrating God’s grace on the 735 students pursing a first rate education.
