Colorado welcomes Bishop and Mrs. Tengatenga

Bishop James and Josie were in Colorado in April.

They were visiting Mission Partners of the diocese at Calvary Episcopal Church in Golden, Colorado. While there, they helped collect books from primary school libraries for the Primary school in the Diocese.

The books will be shipped by Denver Rotarians in a huge 40 foot container to Malawi.

At Calvary Episcopal Church, Bishop James preached at four services and together with the Right Rev. Robert O'Neill, bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Colorado, confirmed candidates at Calvary.

Half were confirmed using the Chichewa language and the others were confirmed in English.

And, the two bishops together blessed a new Ministry Center at the church.

Josie spoke at the Adult education class about her minstry among youth and women.
